About BSBF2026

Big Science Business Forum (BSBF) is a business oriented congress focused on high technology and innovation. It connects European research infrastructures and industry in key domains including:

BSBF2026 in Maastricht: building bridges between science and industry

More than 1,200 participants are expected at BSBF2026, with strong representation from Europe’s leading Big Science organisations and research institutions. These include the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Southern Observatory (ESO), the European Spallation Source (ESS), the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), the European X-Ray Free Electron Laser (European XFEL), the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe (FAIR), Fusion for Energy (F4E), the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), and the Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO).

As a core part of the event, these organisations drive interaction between science and industry, creating concrete networking and visibility opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors.
