As an ABSO, you can share your upcoming needs, raise awareness about your facility and engage directly with potential suppliers.

The call is now open and the documentation is available. Interested organisations are invited to consult the documentation and contact the organising team for further information.

Timeline

• December 2025: the ABSO call will be launched with a deadline of 27 February 2026
• March 2026: the expressions of interest will be evaluated
• April 2026: the IOC will approve the list of participating ABSOs
• April 2026: the ABSOs will be informed by the organisation
