Registration fees

Participation fees for BSBF 2026 (excl. 21% VAT) are:

  • Early bird fee: € 440 for registrations up to and including 1 May 2026
  • Regular fee: € 550 for registrations from 2 May to 24 October 2026
  • Onsite fee: € 660 for registrations during the event
  • Gala dinner: € 100
  • Friday visits: € 25

Registration includes:

  • Plenary sessions
  • Parallel sessions
  • Poster sessions
  • B2B meetings
  • Exhibition hall
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Welcome reception

All payments must be made in € Euros by credit card (VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD are the cards accepted), IDEAL, Klarna or Bancontact. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Please note that any request to modify an issued invoice will charge a fee of € 50 (excl. 21% VAT). Requests for changes must be sent via email to the congress secretariat at info@bsbf2026.org.

(Please note that, after BSBF2026 is concluded, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel issued invoices).

Conditions of cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat (info@bsbf2026.org).
• Cancellations received by 30 April 2026: full refund minus € 50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations between 1 May – 31 July 2026: 50% refund minus € 50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations from 1 August 2026 onwards: no refund.

No refunds are made for failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, cancelled sessions, or programme changes. A cancellation is only valid once the congress secretariat confirms receipt.
