Registration fees
Participation fees for BSBF2026 (excl. 21% VAT) are:
- Early bird fee: € 440 for registrations up to and including 1 June 2026
- Regular fee: € 550 for registrations from 2 June to 24 October 2026
- Onsite fee: € 660 for registrations during the event
- Gala dinner: € 100
- Friday visits: € 25

- B2B meetings
- Exhibition hall
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception
Payments can be made in euros by credit card, including Visa, American Express or Mastercard, or via iDEAL, Klarna or Bancontact. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be added to the total amount.
If you need to update an issued invoice, we are happy to assist. A fee of €50, excluding 21% VAT, applies. Please send your request to the congress secretariat at info@bsbf2026.org
To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask you to submit any changes before the event concludes, as invoices can no longer be modified or cancelled afterwards.
Conditions of cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat (info@bsbf2026.org).
• Cancellations received by 30 April 2026: full refund minus € 50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations between 1 May – 31 July 2026: 50% refund minus € 50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations from 1 August 2026 onwards: no refund.
No refunds are made for failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, cancelled sessions, or programme changes. A cancellation is only valid once the congress secretariat confirms receipt.
